Immature staff, Incompetent.
I took my Huawei P8lite to Ottery branch for a buy-back. The very young lady (white) gave me a price which she had to ask her fellow staff members first, which I agreed upon. Then she was typing on my phone for several minutes, leaving me waiting to fill in the necessary forms. At last she says to me I must sign out of my Huawei ID. I was puzzled because I had Nevr registered or signed INTo any Huawei Cloud ID. She showed me a page on my phone which requested my password for a Huawei ID. I proceeded to type in the password which i use for my gmail account but it was obviously rejected as 'incorrect password' each time. The more I told her that I do not have a Huawei Cloud ID and have never registered for one ever, I didnt even know a Huawei cloud ID exists, the more she says with a blank sour face that I must remove my Huawei ID or they cannot proceed with the buy-back transaction. I left the store with my phone. When I got home i Googled Huawei cloud ID and filled in my email address and my phone number alternatively, to which Huawei responded that this email or phone number DOES NOT EXIST on the Cloud system. I know this. But that stupid girl wasted an hour of my time telling me to log out of a Huawei ID which i never had..I am so pissed off. They need to put mature, experienced staff by their front counters and not young kids who think they are clever and waste one's time like that. Really!!!!
