Review Loan on items

I must say that Crashcrusaders at President Krugersdorp is delivering very poor service. After I phoned the store and told Liezel that the person have an item at the store but his money is only going into his bank account next week and he needs and extension on the loan to be paid next week, Liezel told me that they cannot do it over the phone and the person must go to the store to make arrangements. The person went to the store and then he was told that they dont give extensions. He phoned me and then I phoned Liezel again. She changed her version completely and then I spoke to Jeanette. Her service were enven worse than Liezel's. I lost my cool and told her in Afrikaans that Liezel did not do het job and I will report her to Headoffice and she invited me to do so. I want to warn poeple not to go to Cashcrusaders because of their attitude towards customers and they dont give a thing about anyone. Stay away from Cashcrusaders Krugersdorp in the President Square area.
