Review excellent service

I am from Roodepoort but visited PTA over the weekend. I also had to have my Fica updated, my savings account upgraded to a cheque account with Credit Card Facilities. I went to your branch Saturday morning as suggested by my lady friend. All I want to say is I was pleasantly surprised by the way your staff assisted me, especially Mrs Sonja Holthauzen that went out of her way to make me feel very comfortable with all the arrangements that had to be made to finalize my applications.
