Hi, I am sooo disgusted. I have now phoned every telephone number , and the LIES????I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE THE BUSS SERVICE WAS ON STRIKE. I spoke to your customer service and they giving me the run around. 4 Months later?????Halloooooo!!!!!The poorest customer service that I have experienced ever in my life.Totally not exceptable. I have spoken to Eve and she assured me that my money will be paid into my account by the 1st of July 2017,but I AM STILLL WAITING.EVERY MONTH SHE'S GOT A NEW STORY.
