Why do you take our numbers and even emergency numbers when you have no audacity to notify us about a problem (if any)? I wouldn't be surprised even if you do not respond to this complaint.

Its the worst useless company.I was at PE offices as early as 8:30 for 21:30 bus to CT,its 23:40 no bus to be seen only lies and empty oromises from the consultant.The worst part of it all windows are wild open and pig style waiting room.Tell us that yourb24hrs contact is just a display bcs we call it but in vain.
