Shocking customer service !No answer on Customer Call line, no return phone calls as promised.
Metropolitan can take a leaf from AIG & Liberty's book.

Agree, the don't answer their emails. Communication with clients sucks!!! If the service is so bad how long will it take for them to pay out in case of a funeral!!!

this people they are not trustworthy,i have claimed my refund since January until now when I call they say is not one department.i need my money guys I don't want to know about departments all I need is my money back at once cause it was deducted once not by departments.

My husband passed away in 1993, the pension i received was R2717 at the time, i had 3 small children then, its 27 years later the amount now is R5038 so in 27 years it increased with R2321, that gives me a average of R85.96 a year how pathetic is that, and last few years i didnt even got increase, only after i send enquiery Jan 2020 the R85.96 was added, since then no word from Metropolitan, not worth it beleive me.
