A most disappointing encounter... David Bayliss, MY attorney, sold me out and I lost it all - my sanity and R1.4m.
In my naivety I went to the Law Society... well, what was I thinking... they are not at all impartial to their attorneys...I did not stand a chance... and he got away with it.
