Review Complaint about service

Good Day,
Just returned from your store at Bedford Centre in Gauteng when I had very unpleasant service as provided by the service provider by name of Noreen. Shop was empty & Noreen was playing o0n her cell phone, after waiting for appro9x. 45-60 seconds i enquired whether the prunes with pips had arrived. She waved 7 said "They are over there"On serching for a while I asked " Where is Over there-? " At the till I complained about her attitude & was told that I wasa trouble maker. I think your staff need training in public / customer relations. The episode leaves me with a bad taste as to what one should expect from service in your shop
