BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE
Six weeks after buying online from Makro, I am still waiting for a refund for two thirds of my order, that was cancelled by Makro.

I bought items from Makro Online on 31/05/2020. On 05/06/2020 I was advised that one of the items were cancelled. This was two thirds of my total order. I sent emails and made phone calls regarding the refund and only on 26/06/2020, I received an email from your Head Office Finance department requesting the proof of payment, which I do not understand, and my banking details. I sent this on 27/06/2020 and followed up on 02/07/2020.

Today, 13/07/2020, I am still waiting for the refund.

Upon phoning the Head Office, on 011 797 0000, the phone was only answered after my third attempt. I held the line for the Finance Department for five minutes, after which I was cut off. NINE attempts later, between 11h39 and 11h49 and the phone has still not been answered yet!
