Review No Delivery after 5 weeks

Good day, I made an online purchase, MAK******** 5 weeks ago, I am still waiting for ny delivery. When I call they only say the order is still waiting to be picked up by the courier and it is in the warehouse if Bloemfontein. This order was urgent as it included s desk chair for my son, who is spending alot of time infont of his computer with schoolwork due to lockdown.
Please help!!
