Online short delivery not sorted
To whom it may concern,

I am getting very frustrated as I am not getting my right order and it costs me more money on phone calls to your company than what the products are worth, nevertheless it is about service and you need to know. I have called 4 times altogether and complained and the matter is still not sorted. I placed an online order on the 29th March whereby the earliest delivery date I got was 4th May. I was going to place another order end April and it would have arrived 2 days before my first order, so I cancelled. I understand you had a massive backlog but would presume that any cancellations you may have had that my order would be moved to an earlier delivery date or someone could have contacted me. (I actually had to go to your Woolies store and buy food to survive)
Finally my order arrived and asked if I should check but he said no, if there is a problem call Woolworth. Order o********, 2x ******** Roasted vegetable Pasta Sauce 375ml were missing – I called your offices and was told you would deliver the next day – I asked the delivery guy to drop it next my car (as I usually leave tins for 72 hours not to have to sanitize) after 72hour I took the packet and found that you delivered 2x ******** Roasting Vegetables 500gr ( by the way I did give your lady the right code and description when I called) Since then I called your company twice and was told that they would come the next day to deliver and pick up the veggies and I am still waiting. Woolies also sent me a questionaire if I was happy with the service and I said no and asked someone to contact me which also did not happen.

I agree with you - Woolworths service sucks - period whether online or in store - call centre states it open at 08h00 - but when one calls - it has terrible voice announcement!!!
