Review Bad Behaviour of Dis-chem's security guards

I visited Dis-chem Princess Crossing on 11 May 2020. There was a queue stretching halfway up the pavement. The security guards were supposedly controlling the number of people entering the premises. The problem was that they were so busy talking and laughing with each other, that they were letting 5 people come out and still not letting people in. When questioned and told but people have come out their answer was "we do not work that way" Their behaviour was disrespectful to Dis-chem's customers and I walked away. I will tell anyone who cares to listen about Dis-chem staff's behaviour and will never shop there in the future!
