Review No one answers the telephone

I tried to contact the Edenvale branch regarding my windscreen change,no one damn bothered to answer my call as instead the automatic recorded answering machine kept on playing for more than 20 minutes while im holding hoping someone would pick up. I had to drive 37km to physically see them instead and when I was there I also dialed the number checking who will answer,again the ladies I found on the desk were busy polishing their nails instead of answering the phone.
