Review Bad Service

I phoned the Headoffice yesterday the 28th April 2020, they said is must send an email to their clinic Team which I did , No one responded, Today I phoned again, the lady transferred me to the Clinic, was told to hold for 8 minutes which I did, no one answered, I tried over and over , still nothing, imagine waiting for your results since Thursday, sleepless nights and all that , I should have gone to the government Clinic.
