I'm very dissapointed with the service that i'm getting from Makro, I bought a hisense fridge last year Nov online and was delivered Dec, it gave me problems and I immediately went to the store to report it but unfortunately no one is willing to help me, when i make a follow up they always promise that the technician will call me back but no one calls me, i'm now stuck with the fridge that doesn't help me whereas i thought i'm buying a new fridge. can't advice somebody to buy hisense brand.

I am also very disappointed in Makro Sinoville Pretoria. When I went to claim repairs during a guarantee period I found the Samsung I bought from them was not even on their books. The end result I have to pay for repairs.
