Makro South Africa On line. I bought an item online on the 29th of November to collect at Amanzitoti MAKRO. I have got an SMS the same afternoon to collectct at Amanzitoti. I rocked up there on Saturday the 30t of November. The collection staff checked the order MAK********** andtold me me i has been delivered to Cornubia MAKRO. Cornuia is (90 km return from my residence. Iwas promised by the staff that it will get delivered to my residence with no cost to me. I was content and went away. until wedesday the 4th of December there was no delivery, I phoned makro on line from and she said that i will be sortd out. . 5th of dec. I spoke to Lerato She gave me a ref. no.********. no action andphoned Friday the 6th I spoke to Charmaine, same response . I phoned twice on Saturday. Same esponse. They gave Curnubia Contact no. I phoned spke to te receptionist and i was put on hold and after about 10 minutes the call was cut. I contacted them on the 9th at 11:33 and spoke to Phindile and she said that Analisa will get back to me but she did not. on the 10th i spoke to Nadia at 12:50 she she said she will follo up. no feedback again. on the 11th i phone again at 11:46 after 10 min. the call was cut. I called again the same day the 11th and spoke to Mbali call cut off again. i phoned again at 12:00 and spoke to Lindi she said tht her manager is contacting the store . i asked for the manager's name she said it was Lucy and she will contct me. I requested for the Lucy's surname Lindi refused to give it to me. She said that Lucy will contact me she never did. Today is the 12th and no response. it is almost 2 weeks. What do i do now?
