Incompetence of the service
I bought two fridges and a tv on the 30th of November at Makro Sliver Lakes, only yesterday did i receive a call from the store telling me that they don’t have one items I purchased but on the day of purchase everything was in store, mind you i waited close to 2weeks without any form of communication from them so now have to wait again for another two weeks??.
The person whom I spoke with over the phone said they’d get back to me on the matter till today I’m still waiting for their phone call, I am highly disappointed by the incompetent service.
