hi, my name is Roger. I have been having issue ever since I moved to price lock in July 2019. I was double debited for 2 months. I have been trying to contact the price lock department for more than 2 months and cannot get hold of them and to top it up there is no telephone number for them, the only way to contact them is by sms and e mail which I did more than 10 times with no reply. I am sad that a multi national company like DSTV operates this way. I am moving away from DSTV for good after more than 20 years.
