My name is Christo Fourie. My ID No: ******** I have got the full package, Explorer with extra view. I normally pay R844 per month. I phoned DSTV enquiries on 3 October 2019 and they said to me the amount to pay was R844. They normally send me a message to tell me how much I must pay but this month without notice me they subtract R1600 from my account. This is very poor service. I want my money back or I am going to cancel my contract. Please contact me and explain why you did this.

Good luck trying to cancel your subscription!!! You'll spend hours trying to get hold of anyone to do it!!! Only sure way is to close your bank account that has the debit order!!!!!!
