Review Re: Bad after service

We have bought an Industrial Drill machine from the branch in Ferndale Shopping Centre on the 27/09/2019, We have travel and phone all around JHB to get the tools(drill bits) to use the drill machine, but we could not find any. I phone the sales person Thulani on Wednesday 02/10/2019 to tell him that we are not able to use this machine as we cannot get any parts to use it, he request me to bring the machine back for full refund, when we took the machine back on Friday 04/10/2019 the manager (Jordan) told us that he can only buy the machine back from us for R200 less what we paid for the machine. I feel this is very bad after sale service.
