Review Disappointed at service

I waited for 4 months for an appointment that I had booked. I received a call last week and confirmed the appointment. I was called today by Mala who cancelled. The offer was a date to reschedule for the 2nd Oct which does not work for me due to work commitments or wait for November. I have a medical issue requiring sight of specialist. I wasted my time waiting and be cancelled at the last moment. FYI - I contacted another Dr and have a appointment for next Tuesday. Silver lining they are helpful and also cheaper!
