Rude service.
When enquiring about the free eye test for a licence renewal, I was told they were extremely busy with appointmentments, which was quite frankly nonsense. There was NOBODY in the shop, and the test literally takes less than 5 minutes.

When asking what would be a suitable time, was irritably told I had to have an eye test at the testing grounds first, and if I failed that, I should then come and see them, which quite frankly is bullshit. What the two ladies at reception did not realise is that the 'cheapy' glasses I had on was because my multi-focals were in need of a new frame.

I went to Spec-Savers at the Galleria instead., and got the eye test done, AND I bought a new frame. A HUGE difference in attitude and service. I fully understand that the free eye test for licence renewals must be a problem as so many people ask for the service (being near the testing grounds), but then rather limit the number of free tests, and place a notice of your policy in the shop with an explanation, instead of talking crap, and lying. You lost my business indefinitely.
