Phones not working
Where can I get hold of anybody that can tell me about moving a ticket to another date?? I called all the numbers on every single website and they are either not working or just ringing!!!! An absolute frustration!!!!

Same thing happened to me, then when I finally got hold of them they said it is too late they cannot refund me.

Stop wasting your time and money! Translux are THE most useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Buses are always late, filthy and 9 times out of 10 they break down en Route.
