Lying to customer
On the 10th of august a customers walk in and wanted to pay interest on a phone and xbox that she loaned money on . They lied to the customer, they being Jasonn van Rensburg and Andrew, and they told her that the phoned was on the retail floor that morning and it was already sold . But it only was 30 past 9 the morning and the customer wanted proof, without the manager that didn't tell me that they lied to the customer I went to the buy shop and checked for her. And it turned out they have been lying to her. And this morning I got told that it was my fault that I didn't lied to the customer with them and it's now my problem that headoffice was giving them problems. I stood my ground and told them that it's not my fault they lied to the customer and did not tell her that her phone was still available to her to buy back. I would like to have the problem solved and be looked into. Because this place is not a healthy inviroment to work in and the poeple that manage there does not look at how they speak and treat people.
