Worst service ever ever ever
I have been sending proof of payments since 2018 to date, I finally contacted the call centre in May 19 and spoke to a consultant, he confirmed the problem was solved and the company should complete a new contract as the package we were on was disconinued,we completed the agreement send it to the consultant and confirmed the account was activated, we were forced to get a technician to check the dish we send the decoder in to be checked and after a month the technician arrived just to let us know the account is disconnected, I phoned customer service and spoke to the rude woman and was transfered to creditors it has been 25 minutes an I am still holding,
