UPSET CUSTOMER
To whom it may concern RE: CASH CONVERTERS HILLFOX VALUE CENTRE
When i arrived at the shop everyone rushed to help when they heard my complain I was told to wait and if it wasn't time for them to close maybe i would still be waiting

My daughter in law has an account with Cash Converters Hill fox
On the 13 April we took three items back for cash
On the 27 April she paid for a previous account where Tumi according to her, Tumi advised her to pay the extension on the items that was brought in on the 13 April he turned the screen to her and showed her those items are also in arrears, she paid an amount of R447.00 not to loose the items
Tumi realized he made a mistake after she paid and advised her he cannot reverse it else he will be short when he cashes up.after a long dispute , She asked to see the Manager, he told her there is nothing the manager can do and will not reverse it. Upset my daughter-in-law left the store.
She demanded this amount from me which I gave to her as she doesn’t want to understand , I told her how can she pay to an 10 day extension for something that is 16 days within its due date
She said go to Tumi he is the one that did not realize the items were paid collected , returned two weeks later and you cannot speak to him , he knows he made a mistake
But doesn’t know how to fix it as he is not allowed to refund a person from the cash till even if it was his mistake
On the 1st May I went there to speak to Tumi and I saw what my daughter-in-law means when she says he has a one track mind knows he made a mistake but to afraid to admit, told me the same what he told her.
Therefore I called him a FOOL which he react to quickly , I told him again yes he is a fool he has a computer in front of him showed her the bill but did not look at the DATE
When I collect the three items I will pay less the R477 00 never mind my interest for paying for items that was still well within its due date
Tumi also refused to call the Manager , I told him I will go and see my lawyer , he told me to do that. I told him yes at your cost
I left went back to ask for the email address ask him to write it on the paper, he pointed to a portion on the paper I had in my hand told me there, I left now I see there is no email address on the paper
Had to search for the email address
Please advise so I know what to do I will only pay the difference minus the R447. 00 collect these items on Friday.
