Question for AMB HOLDINGS LIMITED

I lost my mom in 2012 and she was a shareholder with AMB holdings limited,now i wanted to sell shares as I'm the beneficiary and I have the original certificate with me.How do I go about with the whole process because last time I went to the estate agents offices in parkest and I was told to that there were payouts made to all the shareholders but I never received any.
