Question for Exact - Head Office

I was extremely annoyed today when visiting your store in the Mall @ Reds today. Had to wait while the cashier had to look for change. I was not the only one that had to wait. Why no change at peak shopping hours. Then someone had to be sent to the bank to get change. Last time that I will visit your store. Where is the management? Nowhere to be seen.
