Good morning my name is eunice sphiwe mahlangu id ******** end off october i tried to unblock my card that was missing.it was said that the address which i use everyday it was wrong,they asked me to bring proof of resident and id to any exact strore on the 03 of december.even now i'm waiting for the message so that i can receive another card but nothing seem to happen.should i close the account because i'm not getting any help here?
