Question for Northern Funerals

I bought tombstone for my brother at northern funerals at Zebediela, Moletlane branch was delivered and installed but they've combine tops with cement instead of proper clue now all parts are in pieces and I've reported a matter to them since February 2017 till now nothing has happened and I phone them every month.
