Question for Northern Funerals

We bought 2 tombstones for our parents at northern funerals Polokwane branch . . the tombstones were okay except for the erecting of them , they look skew . I tried to speak to the branch but the lady at reception by the name of Phinah was soo rude and didn't want to hear me . all I want is for them to come and fix the poor work done .
