Question for Cash Crusaders - Support Office Lanseria

Good day, Hope this finds you well. I have a buy back contract with Cash Crusaders Carlton Centre and I have ebb struggling to get hold of anyone from the store telephonically. I need to make a payment for my Samsung Phone that I pawned last month, of which the date is today. I went there this morning and the mall was closed because there was no electricity. My concern is this I cannot even make an online payment for my device and I really need it. Please help me someone. Regards
