Liaising with the client, other construction professionals, Coordinating and supervising construction workers, selecting tools and materials, Ensuring construction and site safety, Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, Maintaining quality control procedures, Assessing and minimizing risk & costs, Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork, Maintain Legal Liability and OSHA procedures.

Appointed by General Dynamics (USA) as SLA Manager dealing with Antenna parts & break downs on site fit to General Dynamics-SATCOM requirements, Logistics of Items to and from USA/Germany and to from Carnarvon Northern
Cape, Disposition of MeerKAT Project Surplus parts & stock items. Stock inventory, Technical sales consultant dealing with disposition of assets from site, dealing with SLA & Technical parts of Meerkat Project. Delivered and Confirmed repair of all parts for site in SA or Abroad. Marketing & Sales of Capex Equipment, Vehicle Sales, Warehouse Dispatch & Receiving Control, JLG 4017PS Operator, JLG Eazylift Operator.

Prospecting for new business, Road tours doing advertising and creating awareness for the company. Networking with market competitors, Generate quotes and invoices for new and existing clients, Control staff and staff wages, Office admin and staff Salaries, Site Manager focusing on Material Breakdown, Soil/Base stabilization. Milling & Recycling as well as Asphalting of roads/Freeways, Find permanent and casual staff to be employed by company as operators or casual labour, Control Occupational Health and Safety procedures, Establish Payroll system, Manage all staff and Operators on site.
