To be present at Concierge/Reception Desk or in the lobby ready to assist guest, colleagues and visitors when requested.
Escort guest to room, placing luggage in the rooms assigned by front desk.
Delivers faxes, messages, packages to guest rooms or other venues.
Provide items on loan to guest and collect the items back from guest before departure.
Greeting and assisting guest with parking and collecting their vehicles from the valley parking.
To provide efficient and safe luggage storage, delivery and collection service.
Responding to guest request and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages, transferring calls or dealing with enquires.
Perform any other work as and when assigned by the management.

Receiving delivered goods and equipment.
Checking of fresh foods and stock.

Transporting daily work staff between work and residence
