 Managing file management system and payment claims using paper trail
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
 Making the necessary travel arrangements for the unit as and when required
 Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, both telephonically and electronically
 Assist with the updating and loading of information on the departmental databases and provide stakeholder support
 Scheduling and coordinating meetings, sending out and receiving mail and packages
 Reception duties

 Capturing leaves in the system for employees who do not have access
 Scheduling and conducting interviews
 Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies
 Ensuring that Leaves are correctly captured in the system and employees comply with the company leave policy
 Assisting new employees in completing documents(on-boarding) and Managing file management system
