North Side Pool Services - Johannesburg

This team was contracted to put in a pool in December 2021. The owner Cameron Hayne is a liar and a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!! He got paid for the job as he insisted that the shell needed to be paid for before installation. The shell was put in skew and it was not secured correctly. After numerous calls which were mostly ignored, Cameron Hayne made excuse after excuse for not arriving to fix the problem! He made arrangements to meet at the site over and over and never arrived and then did not answer his phone. After going to his house to try and get the problem resolved he still did not meet his obligations. On investigation it has been found that Cameron Hayne has done this to numerous people. This has cost me thousands of rands to fix. The majority of his staff also left during this period due to the bad service Cameron was giving his customers! PLEASE DO NOT USE NORTH SIDE POOL SERVICES. This is going to go legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute LIAR and THIEF!

Thank you to the brilliant team at North Side Pool Services, I highly reccommend their services, very reliable, excellent workmanship, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They were efficient and affordable. We did a revamp on our pool, we are so happy that we have now signed up for a monthly pool cleaning and maintence with them too. Thank you! 1st class customer service.

Dishonest and total rip off.
Shocking job. Damaged pool, making a hole in the side then blaming everyone else.

Never resolved issue and never completed job. Absolutely shocking work. Be warned. Tried to charge for another pool all over again when I complained that the job was unsatisfactory after a bill of over R40 000 when I still did not have a resurfaced pool and the pool now also leaked. All materials had been wasted by supplier who it seems has no idea what he is doing.

Cameron has been unwilling to come to any sort of agreement at all and had simply tried to blame everything on someone else or claimed that his guarantee is now not valid since when he refused to act on guarantee I was forced to employ another company.
Even after supplying a very clear third party report which explains all the issues and having timeously paid every invoice , I supplied a recon with over billing Cameron takes no responsibility, is unwilling to discuss any sort of compensatory deal and is completely abusive.
