Medcard - Wellington

The concept is new to South Africa. Currently, there is very little anyone can do for you medically without certain information if you are involved in an accident. Many times, there are no contact details or medical information readily available. With MEDCARD, this is about to change. The file on the USB holds Emergency contact information and medical details. Fold or slide out the USB and connect to any device that can read and display text files. The file format is RTF and will work on Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.


By having the information available before you get to the hospital makes the task of providing emergency treatment so much quicker. There is no need to try to get hold of someone who knows your medical situation regarding medication that you are already

Your most personal information WILL NOT BE SHARED, such as your address and ID number. The form has been designed to enable the medical staff to quickly assess the best course of action to take without any hesitation.
