Most importantly, the sub structure must be done right: 

We install only on recycle plastic or Galvanized Lip channel sub structures & do NOT use Treated Pine as timber structures (Even treated) will rot away long before your composite planks even show any sign of wear.

We also space our joists at Maximum 300mm apart to prevent sagging & later damage to planks.


* Our PVC material is totally UV Resistant & requires No Maintenance other than occasional cleaning & carries a 20 Year Warranty.

We use maximum section widths of under 1,2m wide for stability opposed to the 1,6m span of the opposition.
