We have given 1 job to AB DIESEL MECHANIC which was carried out correctly. The second job we awarded them turned into a disaster even so it was the same work to be done as the first job. Clutch replacement - clutch was replaced, but now steering, horn and seat belt warning lights do not work any more. Even the clutch being replaced, they did NOT check their work and we had to adjust the clutch pedal elsewhere - every thing had to be paid upfront - all in all this job so far cost us R 10 000.00 and will cost more to fix the damage they have done - and AB DIESEL MECHANIC is just not interested as he has already been paid

Satfield came out to install tiles on Wednesday onto one wall in the bedroom. He did a very good job besides the fact of not finishing as had tiles to cut and he said his grinder was stolen. So we made arrangements for him to come on Friday to finish. Thursday he wants a deposit from us.. For the job he charged us R1800.00. On Sunday when he quoted he said he did not want a deposit. On Thursday night he came to fetch a deposit of R800.00 which I only wanted to give him R500.00, but he wanted R800.00. Today is Friday he phones to say he has now had an accident in his car. The worst service I have ever ever had. I am now arranging another tiler who will be more reliable.

Why is it that when l try to buy a customer already it has been bought by 2-3 people??
