We have been operating on both big and small Roof Repairs, Waterproofing, Dampproofing, Foundations, Plastering, Tiling, Ceiling Repair, Housing Development and Renovations.
Although we are situated in the Westrand, our goal for 2017 is to expand throughout Gauteng, Northwest and Mpumalanga.
FR Development & Roofing was established to fulfil the Gaps that exist in the Construction Industry as well as to give enthusiastic young people the opportunity with an Apprenticeship.

Our CEO, Raimond Lamparter, has more than 30 years experience in the Roofing, Water & Dampproofing Industry. He Completed his Masters Degree in 1987 in Germany. Raimond also has a Degree in Technical Drawing, Systems and Engineering Design which he completed in Germany in 2006.
