Brad Nakan is ignoring us regarding giving our deposit back since we have left the property, almost 2 weeks ago. Refused to provide us with our monthly electricity meter readings and forced us to pay every month without evidence of the amount. Lied about the cost of water that we had to pay monthly and when we asked for proof of the water amount, he told us to rather leave the premises if we are not happy. Has still not sent us our outgoing inspection sheet and is ignoring all our communication. We have engaged the services of an attorney and we are going to institute legal action against him. We had problems with him from the very beginning as he refuses to fulfil his legal obligations towards his tenants. He thinks he is above the law.

Brad and his team started removing our kitchen on 1 November and by 10 December our new kitchen was fully completed. The workmanship was impeccably well done and his team even removed building rubble on a daily basis. I must say that this was an extremely pleasant experience and we are delighted with the results. I highly recommend Marble Evolution.
