Pathetic service
I am really not happy with Printulu. I place an order online and paid for normal delivery service. 2 days after I placed my order i received a tracking... wrong parcel arrived. Very arogant guy told me my delivery is messed up but my delivery is only on the 17th so i should wait. Well that date passed. No delivery. I dont do business this way! I want a refund... no reply from Printulu for almost 5 days. Pathetic to say the least!!!!

Great service and price
We ordered booklets with Printulu. They delivered beautiful booklets at a reasonable price and fast delivery time. I am very happy with them and will order again.

Rubbish Service
Its taken them 3 weeks and still after sending them my design done in PDF as they requested, they still have not managed to print my tags. The pathetic emails range from "what are the specs" to another arrogant email requesting me to change my rating of service from poor to good as it has an impact on HIS STATS !!!
