Worst service ever...always have to go back with evrything they do. And they make horrible dentures!!!

Made the most uglyest dentures ever..it was skew and looked as if food was sitting between the teeth..i gave them a deadline to recieve these dentures and they said Thrusday to the next week and friday is fine ... i can have the dentures..i recieved these ugly looking teeth on the Thursdy and the dr couldnt fit it becuse her trainnee made the molds and all was wrong..so they had to start over and now they only had 24 hours to finish them...they send me to the Dr's Husband "Thys" who is the denture Technician.....he looked at my mouth and had an excellent idea of what i neened and wanted....Friday afternoon at 16:30 i put the dentures in my mouth and it was extremely tight..he said it will settle with time..i said it looks a if little piece of dirt is in between the teeth and he scrathed a bit with a tool and said it was fine...when i got to Nelspruit i took the dentures for proffesional opininon because it was so so so tight and my friends and familiy all..all yes all of them told me..do you have a piece of dirt between the teeth...the techician took one look at it and said..but its SKEW!! And nothing can be done...too much Pink was used between the teeth and that gives the look of dirt....and because it was Skew..you can not fix it!! I mailed Moodley for a refund and made an appointment with another Dr in White River and he made the most beautifull dentures for even R1400 cheaper. Dr Moodley's rooms said they will only refunf R1925.00 of the R3850.00 i have paid..they feel i must pay for theire time and materials.....but why? From the first moment we spoke dentures they said one week will be enough time....its not my fault if they took the molds wrong the first time...is it my fault that he used too much pink gum stuff between the teeth..is it my fault that he made it skew..i told them im leaving for White River for 3 weeks for photo sessions ect. Because i am a well known Gospel singer....now they say i should have come back and Thys could have made new dentures....why!!! If he couldnt get it right the first time...how will he get it right the 2nd time??? On my time and my petrol and toll gate money to get to him again? They only paid R1925.00 into my acc on 1 April 2017. O yes ! The White River dr made these new beautifull dentures in 3 days flat.
