The most unprofessional conduct i have experienced in a long time. Essentially kept making small negative comments to the learner who has been driving for some time and now finally willing to go for the test. The message that the learner did not know enough for only 5 lessons kept creeping through and we should book 10 rather.. asked to book the test for August and when a booking was done she was not available on the day for the test. When I the payer contacted the instructor to ask her how this happened she was incredibly aggressive, told me i am aggressive and shouting and slammed the phone down in my hear. Verbal abuse correct; i am appalled at how this individual talks to clients. She then contacted the learner to inform her how disappointed she was after which I told her not to do so as it is unprofessional. She then also contacted the learner's friend who recommended her and the learner in spite of me asking her to not contact us. I told this person to keep the money and we will find another company to assist. We managed to survive only 2 of the 5 lessons. What a tremendously bad experience and utter waste of money.

Avoid!

The woman who runs this driving school is awful. I had two short sessions filled with verbal abuse and I decided never again. I have never seen anyone treat people as badly as this woman regularly treats her customers. When you complain about the treatment she waves a bunch of forms in your face telling you her pass rate is excellent- no wonder because anyone who isn't already proficient at driving probably runs away. She has no patience, no people skills and no compassion.

Both my lessons were cut short, the first by her and the second by me. The first time she wanted to go speak to my parents about what an awful driver I am and they pretty much told her they disagree with her completely because it's her job to teach me and they would drive her car into a wall if she treated them that badly. The second time I only got an hour in before I couldn't take the abuse anymore and started driving home. She then wanted me to pay for the next day's lesson, telling me I have to pay if I don't cancel at least 24 hours in advance, despite the fact that there was a 2 week gap between my first and second lesson because she kept canceling my lessons on the last minute because of the heat.

Stay far, faaaar away. Unless you're a masochist.
