Philip has been working as business and life coach for over 6 years and is the founder and owner of Paramount Coaching. He has devoted himself to add value and to make a difference in the lives of those he coach. With a formal educational background in entrepreneurship Philip works with private business owners to grow their businesses to the next level and also to assist business owners to transition into entrepreneurs that enable them to work on their businesses and not just in their businesses.

He is an independent consultant for Aurik Business Incubator and integrates business development programmes.
Philip is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, and host workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth

Philip is passionate about personal and leadership development and trained many students from different universities and schools through leadership development programmes for more than a decade.
