Reviews of Turbo City - Johannesburg

I took my CLA200 Mercedes to Turbo City and I found Kenneth on the reception and I took him to my car and so he can hear to noise on turbo and that it's not giving power and he said to me my turbo needs repairing and if its a shaft that is broken they will replace it new and all that job will cost me R5500 and he said I need to strip the turbo and bring it to him, I did strip it and bring it to him on the 02/03/21 then he said I will wait for them when they finish.. On the 05/03/21 I've called them for feedback and they said my turbo will be more and they had to order parts to Cape Town and when I ask how much will be the cost and he said R8500 and I said no from R5500 to R8500 thats not good because they should have told me in the first time that i should look around R8500 so I can try and raise that money I've ask Kenneth to speak to him manager about this matter as am not happy with price because that's 'not what he quoted me and he said a fortunately his manager can't go down and I've ask him to speak to his manager and he said his not at work and when I ask how did he speak to him and he said on his mobile phone and I ask his mobile number and he said company don't allow to give his mobile number.. So I think Kenneth his not fit to work there and he don't know customer service and pricing of turbos because I took him to the car and he heard noise and turbo not kicking so he should have given me a correct quote before I strip and bring it to them and they not profecial because I had to call and ask them and they never call me... As the matter of customer complaint he could have ask his manager to call me and sort my issue as a manager... I got a workshop of fixing Mercedes cars so I don't think I will take my turbo to them anymore or recommend my friends to them because their service is not good at all... Now they promise to put new parts on my turbo and said it will be new and I will get it on 06/03/21 let's hope its working and new as they said..
