We also assist clients from losing their valuables and property due to Summons and Default Judgment taken resulting in a Sale in Execution, when we are able to stop/prevent auctions, allowing the client the opportunity to settle the debt with the Bank by using one of our various investors, afford the agents a longer time frame to market and sell the property at a market related price. Thus allowing the client to remain in their property rent free until sold which gives them the time to recover financially. This also assists the banks from selling the property at a loss due to an auction where they can now be paid the negotiated amount in order to settle the debt preventing clients from being listed with the Bureau’s negatively. Therefore, giving the client cash in their pocket to get back on their feet, keep the property or have the option to settle the investor and take part in the rent to own product thereafter until they are in a position to purchase a property at a later stage.
