Pre-selection criteria, Face-to-Face interviews and confirmation of previous employment, reference checks, ITC checks, criminal checks, skill/psychometric evaluation, and Academic/tertiary qualification certificates/checks.
Recruiting-A-Head will forward Curriculum Vitae’s short listed awaiting feedback within 2 weeks of submission date. Set up interviews, await responsive feedback, make employment offer on behalf of Client/Employer. Client/Employer to activate formal letter of offer/employment contract procedure. Recruiting-A-Head will make contact with Client/Employer on the successful applicant’s first day, end of their first week and monthly intervals throughout the Probation Period to ensure that there is a smooth transition of the new employee into their new career.
