• A minimum of two Controllers on shift at any given time.
• Control Room not affected by power-cuts or load shedding as it has a complete back up power supply.
• Latest GPRS tracking system, monitoring and assisting with the dispatch of the closest Armed Response vehicle to alarm activations.
• Commercial clients will receive open/ close notifications via sms whenever the Business is opened and closed.
• Domestic clients will receive burglary, panic, mains failure and low battery signals via sms.

x Dedicated Reaction Unit in your area (Howick, Merrivale and Hilton)
• 10 x Reaction Units available for dispatch at any given time
• 16 x Fully trained Reaction Officers working shifts covering Howick, Merrivale and Hilton.
• Home escorts free of charge. If you are arriving home late at night, contact our Control Room with half an hour lead time and one of our Reaction Officers will be at your gate on your arrival at home and he will see you safely into your home.
• GPS tracking system in place in the Reaction Units – this provides printable evidence of vehicle whereabouts and response times etc.

• Invoices are generated on the 1st of the month, payable by the last day of the month.
• Debit order facilities are available, collection dates are on the 1st, 5th and 25th of every month.
• You will need to sign a Security Service Agreement with Knight Security Solutions.
