Ducting Manufacturing

All ducting manufacture is carried out within our well-equipped workshop by skilled sheet metal workers, fully experienced in all aspects of sheet metal development, from details provided by our CAD draftsmen on the latest AutoCAD and Inventor software packages.
The manufacturing workshop is fully equipped with state of the art automated manufacturing machinery that includes :

•Decoiler and Cut to Length line – Automated decoiler with the capacity for four 5 ton sheet steel coils with Pro-Ductomatic Processor that removes coil, beads, punches, notches and cuts sheet steel.
•Spiral Machine – Automatic Spiral Tubeformer, model 1602, that can manufacture spiral tube from 80mm to 1250mm.
•Plasma cutter – Vulcan 1000D Plasma bed that automates the

cutting of sheet steel fittings, with computer driven nesting software.
•Gore Locker – for the assembly of lobster bends & fittings.
•Three multipurpose guillotines.
•Two multipurpose bending brakes.
•Dedicated straight duct bending brake.

The manufacturing workshop is currently able to manufacture about 20 Tons of ducting per month, with the ability to double this through the introduction of an second shift.
